Including Extendeddata in kml output. Appears to have been done in GEOS-1496 but doesn't appear to work.

Description

By my reading of GEOS-1496 it should be possible to get Extendeddata in kml output by specifying:
&format_options=extendedData:true
in the request, but this option has no effect.
This would be a great feature to have as it would enable searching in Google Earth and Google maps.
