Raster reprojection fails against areas where the projection is fully symmetrical

Description

This is happening because the optimized reprojection estimatator is fooled by the symmetrical nature of the projection over the rendered area and believes it's a simple affine transform when it's not.

Wrong result of the reprojection towards 3875. Compare with Google maps to get visual confirmation

Fixed in GeoTools for 2.1.x and trunk (sample.jpeg is a sample output showing proper alignment of vector and raster data)
