Description

On trunk (GeoServer 2.0-SNAPSHOT at the moment) the WMS capabilities document omits the namespaces for all layers in the default configuration. Including the namespaces in getmap requests does not appear to cause problems.

Mumble... already closed? Anyways, I guess this is the result of WMS on trunk using layers instead of resources, and it will break if we have two layers with the same name.
