We have a nice looking styles for CITE dataset based on shapefiles, that reflect the styling of the CITE WMS 1.1.1 Test Data Definition. So it would be a nice demo for a dynamic mapping app.

added a dynamic CITE map demo, run ant test and browse to /geoserver/data/mbdemos/index.html
