Make new demo calls for new shapefiles

Description

We should have the demo section show a few calls for the new shapefiles, replacing the ones on bc_roads. Don't spend too much time on this, as it's a minor thing, and can be cleaned up for an rc - this is a beta afterall.

I modified all the demo .url and .xml files and tested them. They all work, except the shapefile update/insert ones (I reported this bug to geotools).

What really needs to be done is to do a more comprehensive demo and styles in the context of a tutorial.

These issue has been in resolved state for at least one month (quite a bit, a lot more than one month). Batch transitioning them to closed state
