Description

Cameron came up with some nice new shapefiles for us, that have known projections. This makes demos easier - his purpose is for mapbuilder, but it is also relevant to udig. These need to be rolled in to confUserBasic. Also should remove the bc_roads file, as it's the one in a bad projection.

there are a working WMS-WFS-T sample over the Tasmania shapefiles from Cameron Shorter built with Mapbuilder, so it should be integrated as a demo.
