Add preview to layer edit page

Description

One of the problems with viewing through layers is that there is no quick way to look at a layer on the map. The only way to do this is back out to the layer preview, and then again find your layer. The workflow should be:

1) view layer table
2) find relevant layer and click on it
3) preview it

You win a puppet for striking GEOS-3000.

Will the preview be available only on already configured layers?
To solve the issue of how to preview while configuring we could add a "apply" button that saves the changes but does not kick you out of the page (at that point the preview section would enable itself)
