Make sure versioning is tested by Hudson

I found out that versioning was broken more or less one month after the changes that broke it. This is basically due to the tests not running in normal builds. It would be nice to have the versioning datastore and the wfsv module tests run in hudson builds.

There are a couple of databases to create and some files to modify to have that happen. Also, not sure if these tests shoudl run every time (also curious, are the postgis ones running? Afaik they are not, either...).
