Rest layer page improvements

Just doing a bit of QA on the rest layer page and the links to it. A few quick improvements

Rename 'About this dataset' to 'Full dataset info and download' Want to get across to people that there's valuable stuff if they click the link.

On the actual page, like http://geosearch.opengeo.org/geosearch/rest/geosearch/massgis/lm_spawn_alewife_gsa.html#

The links for shapefile and kml download both point to the page itself http://geosearch.opengeo.org/geosearch/rest/geosearch/massgis/lm_spawn_alewife_gsa.html# not the kml and shapefile end points. These should be direct links to the wms/wfs endpoints

Ok, there's a few more improvements, but these are the most critical. While you're in though it'd be good to put the download links higher up. And to put more output formats to download and 'view'. But can probably pair with seb some on fixing things up.
