Description

I believe this should be one of our target goals for 1.3, as the ACE-GIS tests are much more flexible, and indeed open source so anything that might be broken we can fix ourselves (I have the source, send me an email if you want it). We are passing a good number of tests, but definitely not all of them. Once we do that'll be a good sign that the WMS works pretty well. And perhaps after that we can attempt CITE tests.

Linked to depend on passing ACE-GIS, as it's an easier to use test suite (though it's not official like the OGC CITE ones)

Would be nice to get this in for 1.3.0. To get it passing some WMS tests. Would be even better to do cite WMS for 1.3, but that may be a bit much.
