MultiCurve instead of MultiLineString

Description

A WFS 1.1 GetFeature request returns MultiLineString geometries instead of MultiCurve. For mulit-part polygons, MultiSurface is returned instead of MultiPolygon. Both MultiPolygon and MultiLineString are deprecated in GML 3.0. Is there a reason MultiLineString is returned instead of MultiCurve?

confirmed... our internal mappings are out of wack, and inconsistent. The question is what will "fixing" them do to cite compliance. I remember when doing 1.1 cite testing some hacks were necessary to get things gml compliant. Anyways, I will try to fix over the next couple of days and run cite to see what actually comes up.

Similarly, a WFS 1.1 DescribeFeatureType request reports a multiline layer as MultiLineStringPropertyType, which is deprecated in GML 3.0 (MultiCurvePropertyType should be used).

Seeing this in GeoServer 2.0.3 on Windows.
