OWSUtils.getter fails to locate getters

Description

... it fails because it does not prefix the property name with "get". Patch attached fixes this.
Found out some time ago, forgot what made me discover it (but I have the change sitting on my disk).
Scheduling for 1.7.x, it's up to you to decide whether to move it to 1.7.1 or to just commit it.

I might be missing something obvious... but this change seems functionally equivalent to the original... the only different is a few less string concatenations... which i am fine with .

All these issues have been in "resolved" state for at least one month (many of them, much more than that). Since no one has reopened them, I'm mass-switching them to closed state. Reopen if you feel the issue has not been addressed properly.
