Multiple bbox computation issues in projected layers (both feature type info panel and preview)

Description

The feature type info panel does not respect at all the srs handling and fails to save a changed native bbox.
The preview always blindly computes the native bbox from the lat/lon one, against forgetting about the native one and the srs handling rules.
This is a major problem for everyone working with projected data.

Premysl, thanks for the sample data, I'm committing a patch for these issues.
If you want to try out the fixes for this one, grab tomorrow's nightly build from:
http://gridlock.openplans.org/geoserver/1.6.x/
(today's was built before the fixes were checked in)

Hi Premysl, did you try out a nightly build to assess wheter the bug is really fixed or not? If I don't hear you in a few days I'll just close this as fixed
