Freemarker is eating exception causes if an error occurrs scrolling over a feature collection

Description

This made tracking down an issue quite a bit more difficult.

If they fix it, good, we can upgrade, otherwise I guess we need to roll out our own wrapper for feature collections...

Freemarker 2.3.13 has the necessary fixes, so we should work to have it uploaded to the main maven repo and then upgrade:
