Links on online Documentation page don't work

Description

For some reason the links on the main Documentation page to the parts of the User Guide don't work.

Probably some problem with confluence importing, but it should be fixed.

Hum, it seems the

{include-excerpt}

macro used to report the users guide and developers guide page does not work as expected, and links are not transferred.
I haven't found no bug reports about it either.
The quick way to solve it would be to just make a straight link to those pages instead of including them, or to replicate their contents into the main page. What do you prefer?

Replicated the users guide part, the developers guide is dynamically built using childrens so I linked it instead of manually replicating all links...
