Description

This is harder, since it'll probably involve extending the SLD spec and thus also fix the parsers (btw, we should decide which parser to use, the new or the old?)

Moving to post 1.6.0 for th emoment. The rationale is, none of the vendor extensions have been moved to the xml format so far
