The JIRA tasks for GeoAPI need to be more visible. We should provides a link toward http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/GEO from the GeoAPI main page. We should also provide a link toward the GeoAPI charter from the main page as well.
So this report is for three things:
Two out of three are not bad, but are also not done.

- Charter - DONE it is in the navigation bar and in the first paragraph
