The org.opengis.go.display.styling package were created before org.opengis.sld and mirror the SLD 1.0.20 specification, which was never published. We should consider to:

Press org.opengis.sld forward to the 1.1.0 specification.
Use org.opengis.sld instead of org.opengis.go.display.styling in GO-1 Graphic objects.
Remove the org.opengis.go.display.styling package.
