In order to clarify that the FeatureStore interfaces need not be implemented by a particular GO-1 impl, they should be moved to a separate package. That is, in order to have a fully complaint GO-1 impl, there is no need to implement FeatureStore, as they will more correctly be implemented by GO-1 programmers providing a bridge from their data format to GO-1 objects.
