Move primitive.SurfacePatch and primitive.SurfaceInterpolation back to coordinate package

Description

Like for the GEO-147 and GEO-150 pair, these are not primitive objects but truely coordinate objects. The parents and all the children of SurfacePatch are in coordinate package. Since SurfacePatch should be moved, SurfaceInterpolation which is generated only by SurfacePatch should also move.

The spec had them in coordinate but they moved apparently because they had been moved in the latest rational rose UML diagrams. I suspect this was a mistake.
