Description

It is the same problem encoutered in FEST-376, since Fest Assert does not rely on Fest Reflect it is still unfixed in Assert.
Fixing this problem is easy, but to avoid similar "double" fix, we should avoid to duplicate code, after some discussion on the mailing list, we agree to put common code in Fest Util (see FEST-403)
