Description
When writing custom assert classes, the static helper functions in class Formatting would come handy. Unfortunately, they are package protected. Hence, they cannot be used outside the FEST namespace. Of course, custom assertion classes populate their own namespace and are thus excluded from using Formatting.*
Patch makes methods format and inBrackets public. Both methods already have unit test coverage.
