Improve contribution error message in deployment scanner

The contribution scanner should display a messagethat contribution processing has stopped when it encounters an invalid contribution.

To reproduce, place all BigBank jars and the BigBank client jar in /deploy. The client jar is invalid and will stop deployment of the other jars.
