Add @pathparam doclet tag to provide documentation for path params.

We would appreciate this doclet tag added, or some way to remove the pathparams that get added to the enunciated documentation for POST, GET etc. Right now it shows up like this in the enunciate documentation for our GET method:
name description type default
pathparam (no documentation provided) path

We would be happy with the ability to remove that from showing up in the the enunciate documentation for our GET method, or being able to document what it is.
