Description

I would like to see the C# SMF implementation have an NAnt module to do all the compilation and to also run all the examples - from the command line. This way we can try and add the C# module into the project build and deployment tasks.

Better yet make sure this compiles and runs with mono as well the standard MS compiler in the NAnt build - with instructions on how to get this going for users.
