Description

I did a quick implementation to test sorting the nodes. The change is pretty simple. A test using manners with 8 guests saw a 10-11% improvement in speed. I will do more testing to quantify the results in a repeatable manner.

patch file for Builder class. it includes patch for debugging and profiling, which were filed in another jira entry.

newer patch file for the builder. changed it so it reads the properties file. this way, sorting can be turned off without changing code. the enhancement only slows down loading rules. it should improve runtime performance. for manners 16 guests, it only improves 1% which is not statistically significant. for 8 guests it is 10-12% faster, which is significant.
