Description

For example the following line:

!waterfall.jpg|thumbnail!

should generate thumbnail of given image, now it is not recognized.

This path ignores images' attributes, of course it is not expecting functionality.

I applied your patch with minor corrections and a test case, thanks!

The issue remains open as image attributes are simply ignored now.
