Description

Support for Confluence anchor macro. It looks like some work was done on it (there is an AnchorBlock in the source code). But {anchor:foo} does not produce an anchor in the rendered HTML.

Attached patch (anchor-patch). Creates anchors in the middle and or start of paragraph (or list item).
