Cannot sort a column if there is too much parameters in the last request object.

We have a huge html form (constructs with Struts) that pass a lot of parameters in the request object and leads to a page with a display table.
The first column of that table is sortable.
The link sorting the column seems to contain all the parameters of the last request.

The problem is that the link doesn't work if it has a lot of parameters.
The link is displayed, but it doesn't react.
