Description

Webwork i18n support

I've added a webwork i18n support with an I18nWebworkAdapter class.
Docs are updated too.
Patch provided.

some fixes applied, webwork integration tests added, and committed to cvs.
Will be included in rc2, please test the modified adapter.

anonymous cvs is not in sync with the developer access. According to sourceforge, the delay should be around 6 hrs.
