newdc script

A script that creates a new server startup script and config file. It should live in damagecontrol/tools/newdc.rb and should be run from the command line as follows:

ruby newdc.rb --password password --socket-trigger-port 4711 --http-port 4712 --https-port 4713 -homedir = /builds --irc-host irc.codehaus.org --irc-handle dcontrol --irc-channel #damagecontrol --email-address dcontrol@builds.codehaus.org --jira-host jira.codehaus.org --confluence-host docs.codehaus.org
