Description

When CVS settings are changed (say, from using :ext:dcontrol to :pserver:anonymous) the project should be checked out again. the old checkout should be scrapped.

We should probably have an "delete checkout directory" operation on the project page? Seems to be a good idea.

I think people understand that when you changed CVS settings you need to clean out your existing checkout. Unfortunately there isn't yet an easy way to do this from the web gui.

Workaround: Delete the working directory manually. See DC-179.
