I don't think these equivalences are quite right. For "delusion" Collins ME says '1. a mistaken or misleading opinion, idea, belief, etc. ... 2 Psychiatry a belief held in the face of evidence to the contrary, that is resistant to all reason.' Cat. "delusió" would seem to correspond to the second of these, at least, according to DIEC, but actually TERMCAT suggests "deliri" for most Psych. uses of "delusion" (also mentions 'delusió').
