"flower growing" sounds more idiomatic to me than "flower farming". Google returns "flower farming" x 11,800, "flower growing" x 145,000 --some of the latter will be irrelevant, such as "photography picture of BEE ON YELLOW DANDELION FLOWER GROWING IN GARDEN" but 18/20 on page 1 of hits are the right construction.
