Based on my experience with Google searches, I would say that this was a moderately high result for such a specific item in Catalan but a correspondingly low result for English. According to this article from the BBC: http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport2/hi/health_and_fitness/4289704.stm there are three main types of sports drink (isotonic, hypertonic and hypotonic). I'm wondering whether 'beguda isotònica' is the everyday Catalan word for a 'sports drink' as well as the equivalent of the more specific 'isotonic drink'...
