The entries for 'fulard' in the GDLC which read:

TÈXT Tela de seda amb lligament de tafetà, molt lleugera i estampada en diversos colors, emprada per a mocadors de butxaca, xals, etc.
TÈXT Teixit de seda lleuger d'ús similar al del fulard

seem to correspond roughly to this one I found in answers.com for 'foulard':
1. A lightweight twill or plain-woven fabric of silk or silk and cotton, usually having a small printed design.

The entry given in GDLC:
INDUM Mocador de coll, sobretot de tela de fulard. El fulard dels escoltes.

I think this would be a 'neckerchief' in English (this is certainly what boy scouts - els escoltes - wear).

So, perhaps a Dacco entry might read:

fulard
1. foulard
2. neckerchief
