I have no notifier in the project.xml file. I add a new mail notifier in my project, with all the boxes checked. (Send no matter what.) After I submit, I check the project again, and the mail notifier is in the project, for events 'Success Failures Error Warnings'.

However, when I 'build now', there is no email sent, and when I check the project, the notifier is gone.

Searching the bug reports, I noticed this was fixed in an earlier version of continuum. Perhaps it snuck back in somehow?
