"Show Projects" page shows a "Build Error" icon, but clicking on the "Build" number link, the State is "Build Success".

Description

This happened with the MPIR project.

But clicking the "Build Now" icon updated both icons to show "Build Success".

Brett mentioned something about a stage before the build starts, wherein when continuum gets an error, and its not reported.
