Description

When building foo-core, foo-web and foo-xml-rpc should be built aswell to make sure that any changes to the core didn't break anything downstream.

this might be something optional though, especially from the web interface (imagine the impact of triggering a plexus-utils build)

I agree this could be set in a schedule so that downstream builds can be tested overnight.

All dependent projects are build if they use the same schedule of the current project.
They are build because they are in the queue of the current job after the current project.

If a user force a build on a single project, dependent projects won't be build just after, but in the next schedule
