Description

I added some projects using a POM URL. Then I hit F5 in my browser to refresh the view and all the projects were added again...

While duplicate submits should be prevented, it should be possible to add the same project more than once if you want to, for example to build it with different profiles enabled.

Or build from different branches that happen to have the same poms.

If you hit F5, the project won't be add a new time.
About the same project with different branches, it's possible to add it as different projects and about multiple profiles, it must be done with build definitions
