Continuum

I'm not sure it's a good idea to try to create JdoStore class. In it we need to use several fetch group and I don't know for the moment how to generate it.

package.jdo generation is done

I agree, at least for now. If you see my recent post to continuum-dev, I'm not sure I'm that happy with the fetch groups just yet either.

We should always keep continuum-store, btw - it just might be like maven-model where everything is generated. But for now, generating package.jdo should be enough.

For the moment, we generate only package.jdo and we keep continuum-store
