Can you explain what the problem is and how to reproduce it?

Why do you think it's a problem with Continuum vs. the Changelog plugin itself?

To reproduce this:
1. enable distributed builds
2. build a project

if you look at the logs you'll see that error there so it means the changelog is not working.

Carlos Sanchez said that he already applied a patch to maven-scm-svnexe-provider and made it work so we need to track why this is happening in build agent?
