Description

When you add a build agent, you have to click the "Enabled" checkbox for it to work.

It would be more intuitive for enabled to be the default state, and to check a box if you want to DISable the agent.

Failing that, make it like schedules, where when you click 'Add', the Enabled checkbox is pre-selected.
