Error message in project group summary page still shows in the project groups page.

Description

While in the project group summary page, I tried to delete a project that is currently building. A 'project cannot be deleted' error message showed up in the same page.

I clicked the show project groups link in the left navigation menu and the same error 'project cannot be deleted' shows up in the group summary page.
