Description

Please remain this issue open until another patch will be submitted for the user role's function in continuum. The attached patch (CONTINUUM-2245-TestNG.patch) only tests the user's page availability with the corresponding role given. (18 tests are added in this patch from the last patch submitted in Continuum-2073 - 25/May/09 02:20 AM by Tin Pardo ).

User Role's functional tests to follow.

Patch applied in r781903 on trunk.

I still get failures/skips locally.

Cora, can you detail your environment so I can compare? OS, JDK version, Maven version, etc. Thanks!

Maven version: 2.1.0
Java version: 1.5.0_18
OS name: "linux" version: "2.6.28-11-generic" arch: "i386" Family: "unix"
Browser: Firefox version: 3.0.10

More tests coming up for users with its corresponding role in Continuum.

Added tests in r.802643 to users with the specified roles assigned:

  • Guest
  • Registered User
  • System Administrator
  • User Administrator
  • Continuum Group Project Admin

more tests will be added soon for this issue.

r.805651

  • removed the workaround (selenium tests) scripts for redback issue (after changing password) that has been fixed in redback and applied in trunk.
  • added tests after changing password.
