Description

should be no need for them and their dependencies (the POMs dependency list should be trimmed afterwards). The build webapp doesn't have any JSPs of note.

we're using index.jsp to redirect / to /xmlrpc CONTINUUM-2190.

do we still remove the jasper libraries?

I think it's best that we alter the solution to CONTINUUM-2190 (eg, an index.html that provides a short description of the service, or a servlet that just sends back forbidden)
