Missing "Local repositories" link in Administration section

Description

The page from continuum documentation - http://continuum.apache.org/docs/1.2.3/administrator_guides/localRepository.html - says that there should be a link named "Local repositories" in Administration section of Continuum web interface. However, in our installation this link is missing, see attached screenshot. Any environment information can be provided if needed.

You need to be a system administrator or at least have the "continuum-manage-repositories" permission for this link to show up in the Administration section.

Maria,

as you can see on the screenshot, I am logged in as admin user. How can it happen that admin does not have all the permissions?

Did you upgrade the server from an older version of Continuum? This can mean new roles are not created - but that problem is fixed in 1.3.2.
