Missing confirmation when deleting a project-level notifier from the group-level Notifiers tab

Description

On the Notifiers tab, the bottom section lists notifiers that were added for individual projects.

These can be deleted by clicking the red X out to the right, but there is no chance to confirm prior to the delete.

Currently, the behavior is as follows:

  • If you delete a group level Notifier, there is a question for confirmation.
  • If you delete a project level Notifier,it doesn't ask for confirmation.

What would be the behavior? You always have to require confirmation?

Yes, there should always be a chance to confirm before something is deleted.

I changed the subject to "Missing confirmation...". Does that make more sense?
