Description
There seems to be able to add HTTP proxy configuration to the continuum.xml. However, this is ignored by continuum and commons-httpclient is not configured with the HTTP(S) proxy.
The results in users not being able to add projects that are served by an HTTP webserver and as consequence not being able to add multi-module projects.
