Description

When adding a project group notifier, an extra checkbox for 'Send On SCM Failure' can be seen. It is an exact duplicate, so either checkbox will enable that option, and both has to be unchecked to disable it.

Attached a patch that removes the extra 'Send On SCM Failure' checkbox on the different Add/Edit notifiers pages.
